1. Collection and Processing of Your Data

We use the email marketing service provider MailChimp, operated by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA ("Rocket"), to send our newsletter. The data stored during your registration is transmitted to and stored by Rocket. This data is not shared with any other third parties.
After registration, MailChimp will send you an email to confirm your subscription. MailChimp also provides various analytical tools to track how newsletters are opened and used, such as the number of emails sent, whether emails were rejected, and whether users unsubscribed after receiving an email.

8. Payment Service Providers and Credit Check
When placing an order, in addition to the customer registration data, all information required for processing the order, such as the delivery address and payment details (e.g., credit card data), is collected.
Furthermore, our payment gateway provider Stripe (Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) collects the IP address. This is used to protect customers and to prevent or detect any misuse of the website. Please note that the IP address is only processed in a shortened form to exclude any direct personal reference.
Additionally, Stripe stores information about the payment method, transaction amount, and purchase date. If you use the "Remember Me" feature at checkout, Stripe also saves your email address, payment method, CVC code, and credit card expiration date (if provided).
To ensure a secure and smooth payment process, we collaborate with Stripe and offer the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Sofortüberweisung (via Klarna).

stilwerk uses so-called cookies on its websites to allow web-based applications to manage the status of an online visit and enable seamless navigation between different services and content in the online store. Cookies also allow the website to provide users with recurring settings whenever they return.
