For the reception and notarization room, the focus was on creating a representative yet homely ambience that reflects the Hanseatic-Scandinavian style and gives your clients a modern, inviting feeling. The room should be both functional and aesthetically pleasing and meet the highest standards.

An essential part of the concept is a tailor-made shelving system or sideboard that offers sufficient storage space for books and files. Particular emphasis was placed on a lockable element to keep important documents safe. In addition, a reception table for up to seven people was provided, which meets the typical requirements of notarizations with two parties. Both a spacious table and a combination of a desk and a round reception table can fit harmoniously into the room design.

The seating is designed to ensure the comfort of everyone present. Inviting, generously designed chairs offer ample space, while two additional chairs with a small side table can be flexibly positioned in the room. These can be added as needed to expand the seating capacity.

In terms of color, the design is based on natural tones with a subtle tendency towards blue, while furniture made of light oak further enhances the room. The result is a bright and friendly ambience that reflects the flair of a boutique notary's office with its modern elegance.
