Our shop areas U.2 and U.3 are in the basement, but directly near the main entrance. Here you can really feel the original character of the old malt house. The two areas can be rented independently of each other.
To the building
The large malthouse building was built in 1907 on the site of the former Dolck brewery. Its brick facade is characterized by magnificent cornices, blind arches and decorative bands. During the renovation, the building was gutted and today the glass-roofed entrance hall, which extends through all floors, connects the preserved and newly built components. The floors are designed as surrounding wall galleries and the old cross vault in the basement now houses a high-quality restaurant.
